Do you know about The sock trick ? Sometimes we are so stressed by the quantities that we are going to pump, that we spend our session looking at the bottle depressingly. Johanna Sargeant, Ibclc in Switzerland, suggests putting a sock on the bottle: many mothers have noticed an improvement in the quantities pumped with this trick.
