I'm a mother of three children, including twins born extremely prematurely. Motherhood has been a life-changing experience for me; I've often felt lost, wondering about new mothers and searching for information. Today, I'm passionate about supporting new mothers.

 

Since 2014, I've supported over 1,900 families on the topics of babywearing, breastfeeding, sleep, crying, and attachment.

And I'm passionate about research on these topics! So I delve into studies and books to ensure I'm always up to date!

• Over 120 hours of lactation training, 2017-2018

• Annual participation in international conferences: over 250 hours of continuing education, 2019-2024 = various topics: tongue-tie, neurodivergence and breastfeeding, skin-to-skin contact, relactation, breastfeeding positions, medications, and Breastfeeding

• Certified in Tongue Tie Assessment - 2019

• Certification in Gestalt Breastfeeding, Crying and Fussy Baby, and Neuroprotective Developmental Care 2021-2024 - NDC Institute - Dr. Pamela Douglas - Possums Approach. (The only certified practitioner in France, I have been in a Fellowship with Dr. Pam Douglas since 2024) : Possums approach .This approach is a revelation for many mothers, with a DRASTIC reduction in pain, improved breastfeeding effectiveness, and a decrease in problems with cracked nipples, milk blisters, and mastitis.
